- Exchanging items from the clothing collection is eligible within 14 days starting the delivery date.
- The product must be undamaged with the original Fullslang ticket; items without tickets are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
- To receive a full refund, items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging
- Each order allows one exchange or refund.
Shipping fees:
- For exchanges, customers cover additional shipping costs.
- Fees are on us if the product is defected.
- For refunds, shipping fees are non-refundable if the product is not defected or damaged.
