Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Fullslang. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer seamless and easy refunds and exchanges. Kindly fill out the attached form at the end of this page after you read the policy.

Eligibility:

  • NO REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS, ONLY EXCHANGES.
  • You can exchange any item from the bags and accessories collection within 2-3 days starting the delivery date. 
  • Exchanging items from the clothing collection is eligible within 14 days starting the delivery date. 
  • The product must be undamaged with the original Fullslang ticket; items without tickets are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
  • To receive a full refund, items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging
  • Each order allows one exchange or refund.

Shipping fees:

  • For exchanges, customers cover additional shipping costs.
  • Fees are on us if the product is defected.
  • For refunds, shipping fees are non-refundable if the product is not defected or damaged.

In-Store Purchases:

  • Items purchased from concept stores can only be exchanged from there.
  • Items purchased online can’t be exchanged or refunded from any of the concept stores.

Our Commitment:

If you encounter any material or manufacturing defect in your products within 1 month of receiving the order, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
